I bring my experience as a qualified lawyer with a proven track record of developing and leading high-performing teams in private practice and in the legal departments of top-tier international investment banks to help bring out the best of my clients.
I work with individuals who are transitioning into new roles, growing tired of old roles or facing challenges in current roles to establish a clear sense of direction and to flourish. My work with organisations involves diverse issues from developing leadership capabilities, defining vision and mission statements, to workshops on empowerment and career planning.
I have a particular interest in developing individuals, especially those in leadership positions in the financial services industry, and have coached, managed and encouraged relationship-building among culturally diverse teams in London, New York, Hong Kong, Johannesburg and across Europe and the Middle East.
