Leeds Trip – Boots on the Ground 🏘️🏡 This weekend we were up in Leeds doing what most people don’t see when it comes to property investing the groundwork. No fancy photoshoots.
No “get rich quick” moments.
Just walking the streets, studying the areas, and doing real due diligence. We spent time:
• Driving and walking through different neighbourhoods
• Looking at property types and street conditions
• Understanding tenant demand and local amenities
• Checking transport links and regeneration areas Because good property investment doesn’t start with a spreadsheet… it starts with the area.
You can analyse numbers all day, but nothing replaces actually being there and getting a feel for the location. Every strong portfolio is built on solid fundamentals and patient research.
Leeds continues to be a city we’re watching closely as we look to expand our portfolio and identify opportunities that make sense for us and our investors. Sometimes progress looks like walking miles through streets most people would drive past.
But that’s where the real work happens.
